MQL Machining with nano fluid: a review

In any metal cutting machining operation, the fluid plays important role by cooling tool and surface of work piece, also chips are removed from heat affected zone. However, misuse wrong methods its disposal can affect human health environment badly. This paper presents a review research papers published regarding MQL-based application mineral oils, vegetable oils nano fluid-based fluids for different processes, such as, drilling, turning, milling grinding, etc. Most experimental studies have shown that MQL produces better than flood dry machining. turning parameters as speed, depth cut, feed rate nose radius great impact on finish.
